Summary of Prisionera
It is about two great loves that will be separated by a terrible secret that they hide. A woman who will fight to be with the man she loves. A man who does not know anything about her past, has fallen in love with this woman. A woman who he should have not fallen in love with, but did. A young woman, Guadalupe, who grew up in the camp is accused of killing a man who raped her at the age of 13 years old. She goes to the juvenile prison for a crime she did not commit. In the juvenile prison Guadalupe finds out she is pregnant and has a beautiful daughter from her rapist. She names her daughter Libertad. Days later, Guadalupe, with a great pain in her heart, has to give her daughter to her older sister Milagros, to take care of Libertad, until she gets out of prison...

Lo que yo voy a decir de "La Prisionera" es lo siguiente. La novela me ha fascinado, me ha dejado encantado! Buenisimas actuaciones de Gaby Spanic y Mauricio Islas. Y la produccion esta increible! La historia es algo diferente. Y fascinante la escena en donde Guadalupe (G. Spanic) se escapa de la carcel y se enreda con cocodrilos. Realmente buenisima! Ojala Telemundo siga haciendo telenovelas tan buenas como esta. Para todos los que no la han visto, les recomiendo que la vean. "La Prisionera" es algo diferente, algo sin igual. Viva por siempre "La Prisionera"!

La Prisionera is the best soap opera (telenovela) I have ever seen. I believe this is G. Spanic best paper and we can't forget about Mauricio Islas either. It is one of the best roles I ever seen them play so far. Which I love both of the characters and the soap opera (telenovela). I give it two thumbs up.

En España ya llevamos unos 20 capítulos y me está gustando mucho, estoy totalmente enganchada... y sobre todo porque es otra novela diferente a la que nos tienen acostumbrados. Normalmente, las que solemos ver tienen actores muy mediocres... muy artificiales a la hora de decir sus respectivos diálogos y a la hora de moverse dentro de la escena. Los actores de Prisionera son distintos, viven la trama... y eso es muy importante para que nos llegue a los televidentes. Así, que muchas Felicidades a todos ellos.

En Colombia ya empezó a transmitirse Prisionera y he visto solo los primeros capítulos, la verdad me ha gustado, pero una cosa, estoy casi seguro que es una versión de una novela Colombiana que se llamó Pasiones Secretas con la venezolana Rudy Rodriguez hecha en 1992, hasta el momento todo ha sido exactamente igual, bueno salvo algunas escenas... De todos modos está buenisima la novela.
