I would be lying if I say it's a bad production. actings are amazing. ecxept few things like matilde's never ending childish cries, and manuel's bad character. adolfo is adorable. in summary, it's not all that great.I don't regret I watched it, but it's no big hit. may be if instead of adela was someone else. she is so fake sometimes. and the faces of worry she makes are so unreal. I loves Helena Rojo. she is always be the most good looking and best dressed woman on TV. and her acting is super.

I love Amor Real, the only thing I don't like is the character of Manuel: possesive, egoistic, rude, aggressive, full of resentment... One word: PATAN. He looks more like a villain to me. I would not want a man like that by my side. On the other hand, Adolfo is intelligent, generous, educated, reliable, compassionate. The dream man of every woman. I wish Matilde stays with Adolfo. I am not sure if it is Colunga's fault to portrait such an unattractive character, or if it is a weak spot of the script. I wonder if it was the same in Bodas de Odio??? All people whom I know like Adolfo and not Manuel (except for Colunga's fans, of course).

Best novela I ever saw I love Fernando Colunga and the best actress to exist Adela Noriega I watch every novela she makes. I am impressed with the soap opera! It's amazing and I'm so sad because it's about to end. I hope that in the future they replay it soon. And I will be purchasing the DVD. Together they make a great combination they would look wonderful together in real life. And Fernando well he's just HOT!!!

Esta novela es la abla de Oregon y California. todos andan ablando de esta novela es la numero uno de las demas. Si huviera una segunda parte tambien seria la mejor pero un poquito mas!

My new favorite novela of all time. Of course b4 this one is was caneveral de pasiones. I just wish i could have seen the uncut version from mexico. I have always loved fernando colunga as a lead character but he really out did himself this time...

Lo busco y lo busco y no entiendo...¡Que alguien me explique POR FAVOR qué tiene la Noriega de buena actriz... Es sencillamente insoportable... Esa sí que no transmite nada. Cada vez que la veo me dan ganas de quitar el canal, es irritante. Fernando Colunga jamás ha sido santo de mi devoción, lo admito, y con éste Pavor Real tampoco ha logrado conquistarme... Tal vez piensen que he visto esta novela con prejuicios, y no lo negaría... Me incomoda terriblemente tener que soportar a este par de 'actores' en la 'mejor telenovela de todos los tiempos' (léase ésto en tono irónico)... La Zarattini busca igualar el éxito de Corazón Salvaje al poner en boca de estas marionetas las sagradas frases de Juan del Diablo y Santa Mónica... Y descaradamente la Estrada usa uno de los temas más hermosos y significativos de CS en las escenas de la malvada Antonia... ¿Buscaba con ésto que cada vez que alguien oyera la Romanza de Mónica en CS instantáneamente sintiera rechazo por ella? El vestuario femenino dejaba mucho que desear... La novela no es mala, tiene escenas preciosas (siempre que no incluyan a Matilde en éstas)como la boda de Adolfo y Catalina, pero tampoco la obra de arte que nos quieren hacer creer... y tampoco tan exitosa como pregonan. Sólo ha sido éxito en Estados Unidos y México... Al que preguntaba o más bien disertaba sobre por qué Edith González no hizo esta novela (y por cierto, Salomé es del 2002, un sólo año antes de Amor Real) le hago saber que la única razón fue que en ese entonces se planeaba Corazón Salvaje 2, un proyecto mucho más importante (y redituable) para Televisa que 'Amor Real'... En Amor Real también iba a participar Eduardo Palomo en el papel que hizo Mauricio... ¿Edith y Eduardo en otra telenovela de época? OHHHH! CLAP, CLAP, CLAP, Carla!

For me, basicly, it sucks... Adela Noriega never stops crying, she cries so much that all you want to do is smack her and kick her out of the novela... Colunga.. I shouldn't waste a word on him... Nah, maybe I should... Pseudoactor!!! The entrance song.. the worst I've ever heard... God, if this is the best novela ever, I don't want to know the rest...

soooooooo disappointing. Come on people, get over it! where is the great scene I was waiting for all the time. the novela finished and I'm still waiting for something to make me feel I didn't loose so much time on this all. if I hadn't heard abt it I would be never watching it.adela is boring, and colunga is horrible. he is not even good looking. what has happend to him, He used to look alot better or may be it's the uncivilized role that makes me hate him so much.on the other hand Adolfo is amazing. what happend when they were writting this novela?? where they confused between good and bad, or what??!!! why would adela act so histeric and why is she crying all the time? why is manuel so rude? matilde's mother and Josefina are so beautiful and adolfo is the true love. may be that's what they ment when they said amor real!!! Adolfo? but I agree that matilde is deeply in love. U should be only in love, not to see the ugly disgusting beast in manuel and his revengful heart. the bottom line: waste of time.

Esta novela me dejó impresionada, cuidaron todos los detalles, desde las locaciones, vesturios, y ni que decir de la trama, hacia mucho que tiempo que no se veia una novela asi, Felicidades a Carla Estrada y al gran reparto que eligio, las actuaciones fueron de primera.

Amor real is a wonderful show. If I were to rate this show 4rm one threw ten I would give it a TEN! It's a wonderful show hope they make another show like that... it's just so romantic and before you know it ur saying whats going to happen after this. I love it it's not a nasty or a cruel (novela) it's just perfect.

De tantas novelas que he visto nunca he sentido literalmente ese amor real entre Adela y Fernando en esta novela. Se veia tan natural ese amor. No se ni como explicarlo. No parecia que estaban actuando. Yo vivo un amor real haci con mi esposo. Adelante y me gustaria ver una segunda parte.

Ha sido una de la mejores telenovelas que he visto, el elenco, historia, escenografia, en fin todo, felicitaciones a todos los que hicieron tan exitosa a esta novela. Nunca logre ver Bodas De Odio, pero me imagino que fue tambien una excelente produccion. Debian se hacer mas telenovelas de este tipo.

Yo pense que esta novela era abeces aburida y abeces era muy emotionante. Cuando Adolfo se murio yo llore mucho y tambien mis ermanas lloraron. Mis hermanas pensaron que Mauricio Islas estaba guapo {muy guapo} en esa novela. Pero el final nos dejo con muchas preguntas. pero apesar de todo me encanto la novela!

What I loved: Although I have a few minor complaints, I loved this novela. Fernando Colunga was at his best in this role – he was born to play Manuel. He moved from campesino/doctor to a member of the privileged few to a revolutionary and yet never lost an once of credibility. He even carried himself differently while he was with Amadeo – it was subtle, but it was there. Wow. Noriega was good most of the time but there were instances where she was over the top and played to the rafters. Every cast member, including the child who played Manuelito, was perfect for the part. The personalities grew and changed (except, strangely enough, Matilde). What a wonderful, wonderful production. I loved it, loved it, loved it! What I did not like: The very last instance where Matilde thought Manuel dead was absolutely unnecessary. Instead of feeling compassion for Matilde, I was annoyed by Noriega’s overacting and thought the producer’s shameless bid to further manipulate the viewers was almost unforgivable (artistically speaking). I would have liked to see Antonia and Sixto wed, or at least hear about the wedding. What about Renato and Jana? I felt the ending too abrupt and gratuitous (shame! shame!) It almost ruined an almost perfect production.

Esta novela fue la mejor que e visto en muchisino tiempo espero que agan mas Alla de Amor Real por que megustaria saber que tubo Josefina y si ganaron los rebeldes otra cosa tambien me gustaria saber es si finalmente se caso Renato con Hanna y que paso con Manuel Y matilde. Esta novela me encanto i merece ser la #1. Adela Noriega y Fernando Colunga hisieron un trabajo exectacular. Hojla que tengamos el pribilejio be ver otra novela con ellos juntos.

Amor real was my favorite novla since ever at first i thought it was boring and all but after two weeks or so i started seeing it. i love every personaje del la novela eepecially el de Fernando Colunga esta muy guapo y Adela Noriega tabien es un buena actriz i me dan celos de ella por la novela de los besos que les da fernando colunga!!! Gracias por un novela tan bonita de este anogarcias Carla Estrada.

I have really enjoyed Amor Real but I am mad that Univision cut many of the final scenes that were showed in Mexico. Univision cut out a scene where Manuel, Matilde, Manuelito, and Padre Urbano had a memorial service for Rosario. This novela is wonderful! It had the best characters I've ever seen in a novela. Now that it's over, I'm going to miss these characters so much.The only thing that disappointed me was the ending... because a few things were left out. They never showed the victory of the rebels after winning the war (and the war was such a big part of the story) and we never got to see Amadeo in his new position. It would have been perfect if the writers would have had Pilar and Amadeo get together in the end.

This was a fantastic telenovela. The cast, the scenery, the story the beauty of mexico is unsurpassed. I hated to see it end. I can truthfully say that these telenovelas are better than anything hollywood can do.

This novela was good just because of the fact that it got the highest number of comments on this site, an absolute RECORD: no other novela ever got so many, even Rubi or Corazon Salvaje!!

Tuve la oportunidad de ver Bodas de Odio, la cual fue una telenovela magnífica en todo el sentido de la palabra al igual que lo es Amor Real. El elenco que formó parte de esta telenovela estuvo fenomenal, los detalles que tuvieron en cuanto a escenografía, vestuario, iluminación,etc. fue muy bien escogido y cuidado. Felicito a todos y cada uno que colaboró en esta telenovela por su esfuerzo y empeño, ya que se nota que le dedicaron el tiempo requerido para que tuviera la calidad que ha obtenido. Amor Real fue tan cuidada y realizada como Bodas de Odio. A mi por lo menos siempre me han gustado las telnovelas de época y puedo decir que ha sido un éxito, no se les escapó ningún detalle. La palabra excelente se queda corta, diria mas bien fue super extraordinaria.

Puedes decirles con toda honestidad que la mejor novela, superando su predecesoras con todo el respeto de su publico. Mi esposo no ve novelas, pero esta capto su atencion total. Felicito mucho ala senora Carla Estadra y su gran equipo al igula que los actores y muy en especia Adela Noriega y Fernando Colunga y Mauricio Islas, nunca he llorado por el capitulo final y le estimo mucho. Consideren en hacer una segunda parte. Les auguro un exito total por lo menos aqui en los Estados Unidos, con su audiencia Hispana.

Una de las mejores telenovelas que se han realizad hasta ahora. Muy buena historia, produccion artistica y actuacion. Mauricio Islas fue el mejor, con su personaje del martir Adolfo Solis, nos cautivo a todos. Lo unico que debio mejorar fue el final de la novela( eso de revivir a Manuel, mmh...) Todo lo demas EXCELENTE.

I do not understand Spanish. When I was flipping the chanels and saw the "period costums"and the beautiful sets; on location ets, i was hooked. I have been watching it every night for the past month. I would keep thinking, how I wish there were sub-titles. I would love to see PBS pick up the series; or may be the next time it is run on the Spanish chanel it could have sub-titles!!! Thank you for a most enjoyable experience, Everything about it is 10+++

The story is beautiful and Adela and Fernando do a fantastic job, great work. But im still having trouble with the abrupt ending of the story on Univision. It baffles and irritates me how you can end such a beautiful story with Silvano riding the coach in, Matilde runs outand thinks her beloved Manuel is dead as he lays in the back of the cart motionless. Then holds her hand, then everyone runs out in disbelief. Manuelito comes out too and the three hug and Manuel points to the sky (heavens) at I imagime his mother and thats it. Such a beautiiful production with such a tasteless ending.

El unico queja que tuvo sera que deberian poner subtitulos en ingles. Cuando mi sobrina vino no lo importaba nada Amor Real hasta que yo comenzo a trasladarlo y despues venia diario para ver la. Cuando tienen un novela de esta calidad deben de poner subtitulos y apuesto que tienen mas aficionados todavia. El novela fue maravillosa y esplendida. No he visto nada que compara en en tv, ni en ingles o espanol. Me dio mucho gusto verlo.

A mi personalmente amor real me encanta siempre digo lo mismo pero el elenco es mu bueno adela noriega fernando colunga mauricio islas... y los paisajes son explendidos la imagen muy bien cuidada la historia a la percepcion y muy bien realizada ya que se ve que el amor en esa epoca pasaba a segundo plano y lo mas importante era sacar a la familia de pobre y casarse con un rico sin que importara la hija ni nada. LA HISTORIA Y LOS ACTORES/ACTRICES SON ESTUPENDOS y el tema de cabezera precioso esta telenovela me esta gustando muchisimo y espero que a vosotros/as tambien. Gracias a tv española por poner una telenovela muy buena y enorabuena a los actores/actrices, realizadores y a todos de esta novela porque la verdad AMOR REAL SE MERECE UN 10!!

Para mi fue una novela hermosa en todos los sentidos. Adela Noriega es y sera una mujer con mucho talento para las novelas. Una de las que me hizo llorar mucho y me impacto y aun recuerdo es Marisabel fue y es una de mis favoritas, ademas de Amor Real que realmente me enamore de todo el elenco, fue muy bonito ver todos las noches esta Telenovela junto con mi familia, Mi esposo es americano y me comento que Mexico hace muy bonitas novelas Mexicanas y especialmente dice que Adela Noriega, es su novia. De verdad los felicitamos de corazon por todo su trabajo. Y queremos decirles que sentimos mucho lo que ha pasado con nuestra queridisima Mariana Levy, ella hizo un gran papel en amor real. Me molesta mucho y me indigna que por culpa de unos estupidos que le asaltaron ella no estara mas con nosotros. Pero hay un Dios arriba que a mi no me gustaria estar en el pellejo de ellos porque al el le daran cuentas y el les dara su castigo en el infierno.

It's good. watched it all. characters I liked the most were matilde and adolfo. I hated manuel, but anyways. I liked the story. I'm a fan of Helena Rojo and I started watching it because of her, even though her character was not a great one. she separated matilde and adolfo. but I adore Helena anyways. As the story moved on, Helena had less acting scenes for about 3 weeks, but I kept on watching the novela coz I was already addicted to it. I wanted to know What happens to matildes life. at time, she drove me crazy coz of the weak woman she had to portrait. but I liked it in general. good job.

Me encanto el tema musical, no se nesesito d cambiar como otras novelas y las entradas eran hermosas. Pero como ya savemos cada protagonista tiene que ser como la llorona, matilde era idiota su guapo marido mato a su padre y luego tuvo una amante y no creyo que era su hijo manuelito, no entiendo, si savemos que manuel es atractivo y guapo pero la verdad un hombre asi no balia la pena menos si tuvo una amante. Otra cosa es q la naca de matilde era muy chillona que asta me enfadava alo mejor acavo desidratada en cada capitulo.Como sea lo unico bueno era la tia por que era muy chistosa.

La telenovela me parece buenisima.Aqui en España esta gustando mucho. Comparada con las dos anteriores q emitio TVE, que fueron Prisionera y Te voy a enseñar a querer. La primera era la historia interminable, menudo rollazo y la segunda simplemente no creible. Mi mas sincera enhorabuena. Los actores están que se salen, hay que ver que forma de llorar.

He leído muchas críticas hacia Amor Real. Y todas son por que le compara con Bodas de Odio. En España esa no se emitió y en todo caso soy muy joven para haberla visto. El caso es que no merece la pena criticar una gran producción de esta manera. En España está teniendo buenísimos resultados de audiencia... yo aseguro que es la mejor telenovela que he visto nunca. Sigo desde hace tiempo a Fernando Colunga y aquí realmente es donde yo he visto su mejor papel. En fin, que para mí, un 10 y muchas felicidades al equipo y a los actores, Olé por todos!!!

When I first heard about this I thought it was going to be a boring version of Velo de Novia or Rebeca. after watching the first 30 minutes of it i was hooked y it, Matilde is a great character and it must've been a to choose between money and love at that time but at the end she went with Manuel who was way better than Adolfo.
