Summary of El Amor no es como Lo Pintan
Alicia is an intelligent and a hard-studying girl who manages to get a job in the most prestigious publicity agency: "Segovia and Segovia", where she will meet the love of her life. Like all young girls, she dreams with a "blue prince", her main fantasy is about Felipe Sabatié, a young man and a good looking film director, whom she meets by chance. And as well, she feels noticed by his secret friend "cinéfilo", not knowing that he and Felipe is the same person. Felipe Sabatié (Cesar Segovia), fails constantly in all his cinematographic projects. Because of that, Rolando, his father, forces him to return back to the publicity agency. That's when the problems in the agency start. Alicia is despised by Alberto, Cesar's brother, who feels displaced by her. In addition, Marisela, an ex-fiancèe of Cesar and an old companion of Alicia in the university, enters the game. She will fight for the love of Cesar.

No me gusto esta novela es muy sobre actuada, Betty LA FEA fue mucho mejor. Por cierto es novela de TV azteca fue una copia no autorizada de BETTY LA FEA.

Es una mentira que esta novela es un remake de Betty la Fea. Las tramas no se parecen en nada. Alicia se queda fea hasta el final, aún a pesar de su make over, porque su nariz no cambia. Además, el ambiente en la empresa y los personajes son totalmente originiles, súper distintos y para nada equivalentes a los de Betty la Fea. No hay ningún "Cuartel de Feas" en El amor no es como lo pintan, así como ningún Hugo Lombardi y ninguna Patricia Fernández. Hay que tener muy claro lo que signfica un "remake", un "refrito" y una "copia". EANECLP no es ninguna de esas tres: es única, y es la mejor.

Maravillosa telenovela, llena de ternura, en la que la protagonista mejora un poco su aspecto pero, pero no como en otras en la que la protagonista se vuelve la mas bella. Tambien tiene el momento más triste que he visto, cuando muere asesinada la amiga (Alma) de la protagonista, este suceso me afecto bastante porque no me lo esperaba que sucediera. Por estas dos cosas ya merece la pena verla.
