I watched Esmeralda for one reason! The Adrian & Graciela's loves story... I've seen many soap opera but this story is haunting and very real. Beautiful and painful.

I think that Esmeralda is the best telenovela in the whole world and it is unforgotten. I like Leticia Calderon very much and I wish her success in her work and private life.

This novela was one of the best that I saw, it had a combination of romance, mystery, drama and just plain good acting. Once in a great while a truly great novela comes along that leaves a lasting impression on a person and leaves them wanting more. This was one of those for me. The music in this novela also pulls at your heartstrings like no other has managed to do. Wonderful, exciting, passionate I could go on for days.

I enjoyed watching this film cause it consists of everything *facts* in everyday life, it's a lesson for all of us human being.

I'm enjoying the telenovela. I'm looking forward for the baby's DNA test so Lucio will be a dead man. I like the story it really reminds you of every day life, about how reasonable people can be, how jealous and how good others can be. Blanca is a good mother and I think Sebastian is the best friend for Doctor Penarial.

Esmeralda is indeed a very nice story its an every day life situation, and it really touches you deep down when watching it, I really like this telenovela cause its based upon reality itself.

I think Jose Armando is a real handsome guy and so is Adrian. I liked Graciela and it was sad when she died. I think Leticia is really a good actress. I did not like Alvaro.

I have been following Esmeralda here in the Seychelles and i've never missed one episode. On Sunday we will be watching the last episode I can't wait to finally see Jose Almando and Esmeralda together as husband and wife and more like a family to add the boy. I think this is a great Soap Opera and I would love to see one more with the same actors and actresses. I'm glad that Alvaro have finally set Esmeralda free, i guess that's why there's a saying that says IF YOU LOVE A BIRD SET IT FREE... I think Blanca have been a good mother, Fatima is reborn and Esmeralda is a wonderful actress and not to forget Sebastien a true friend.

Leticia Calderon (Esmeralda) is very popular in Greece. The Telenovela Esmaralda was a hit and everybody got crazy with the actors, script and scene.

La cadena brasileña SBT queire hacer una nueva version de Esmeralda, pero aun no tiene elenco confirmado.

Las novelas de Salvador Mejía son muy pretensiosas... se pierde todo entre tanto... salvo ESMERALDA... Tuvo 2 temas excelentes de apertura, Leticia Calderón con esos ojazos (que creo, eran lentes de contacto, pues sus ojos son azules) estuvo deleitando nuestras noches. Fue la novela #1 en rating en Perú. La daban a las 7pm, en 1997, en canal 4 y luego la pasaron a las 9p.m. Acabó en marzo de 1998 y esa misma semana dieron un resumen de 4 capítulos. Luego la dieron en canal 2 a la 1pm y luego a las 3pm. Fue realmente fenomenal. La vi en su repetición en México en 2001... Extraordinaria la historia, los fondos incidentales. Bravo x Leti. SBT DE BRASIL ESTÁ X LANZAR EN EL AIRE SU VERSIÓN BRASILEÑA, con el mismo nombre. Por qué pierden el tiempo haciendo versiones de novelas mexicanas? No tienen mercado donde venderla.

Good novela, the love story between Adrian and Graciela was painful but so romantic. As i dont like Fernando Colunga's acting, i think that in Esmeralda he was medium. Great Leticia Calderon. Just a good telenovela, nothing more....

Fue una telenovela mas conmovedoras el la historia me encanto el papel que desempeño lety calderon y fernando colunga me gusto como se desempeño raquel olmedo una gran actriz.

I have watched "Esmeralda" three times. It is my favourite telenovela and everytime I watch the episodes I feel something that it is hard to be explained with words. Whenever I watch the final episode I cry with tears of happiness. The feelings I have while watching this wonderful telenovela are wonderful and unique. "Esmeralda" for ever.
