Summary of Huracan
The story takes place in the Mazatlan. Elena Robles is the illegitimate daughter of Alfonsina Robles and Fernan Vargaslugo, a rich man who, under the influence of his mother and sister, never had strength to recognize Elena as his daughter. He married another woman and adapted a daughter, Larissa. Elena falls in love with Ulises Medina, a poor boy whose best friend is Raimundo Villareal, son of the impresario Nestor Villareal, the owner of the Nautilus companies. Nestor had the intimate relations with the mother of Ulises when they were young, but he deceived her and now she hates all the Villareal family. Ulises and Elena decide to escape together but their plan doesn't work out and Ulises leaves alone, persuaded by the police, because he robbed a ring from the true Elena's grandmother to give it to her as a present. Just a short time after Elena leaves for Mexico. Nine years later Elena became a famous biologist and Ulises became a sailor. By chance they both return to Mazatlan at the same time, meet each other again and realize that their love is still alive. They start seeing each other again, but Raimundo and his sister Thelma are jealous because they are in love with Elena and Ulises. They try to separate the couple.

La mejor telenovela que he visto en mi vida. lo unico malo fue que la protagonista haya sido angelica rivera, en mi opinion si "huracan" no tuvo exito en gran parte fue por su culpa. la musica era excelente, la direccion ni se diga y los personajes todos muy bien trazados, cada uno con su historia propia e interpretados por actores que los supieron representar con el mayor tino. me viene a la mente la asmatica cleptomana que interpreto gaby platas, el buen leonardo de aaron hernan que enfermo de alzheimer con el devenir de la trama perdia toda conciencia de la realidad hasta estar en el ultimo capitulo viviendo en su propio mundo. la sufrida esperanza de adriana roel... como olvidar su expresivo rostro cuando nestor (jorge russek) le dice que su hijo raymundo (alexis ayala) estaba muerto,la fanatica religiosa de caridad (silvia pasquel) que no dudaba en criar a su nieta como si fuera su hija para evitar la verguenza de que su hija fuera madre soltera y su debil y alcoholico esposo estupendamente representado por don luis couturier que no tenia el menor caracter para impedir semejante atrocidad. que decir de eduardo palomo, uno de los mejores actores que nos regalo mexico y que desgraciadamente hemos perdido tan repentinamente, maravillosa creacion de su ulises medina,que de ser un brillante estudiante de universidad termina convertido en un pescador de altamar para olvidar sus penas de amor y huir de su madre intransigente. bravo por esta telenovela y ojala y televisa vuelva a hacer este tipo de historias y no bodrios infernales como los que nos esta dando desde hace un par de años.

Pesima telenovela. REBECCA JONES y ALEJANDRO CAMACHO culparon del fracaso a ANGELICA RIVERA que juro nunca volver a trabajar con ellos.

Fue una bonita telenovela. Me parecio muy interesante y con grandes actuaciones. No la considero un fracaso para nada. Y aca en los EEUU la dieron en las tardes, y aun asi triunfo!

It's one the most wonderful mexican novels that i ever saw in my life, Angelica was great and really acted well and showed that she's soooo good actress, and Alexis Ayala he was so good in this novela and he showed a real good performance in it, and the best of all is the greatest actor EDUARDO PALOMO who made the role so real and I enjoyed sooo much and he acted it in a way that was so great and enjoyable, at the end thanks for the great imagination who wrote it...

Estuvo muy buena la novela, no tuvo alto rating pero igual Angelica y Eduardo (q.e.p.d.) hicieron una hermosa pareja inolvidable.

PARA MI FUE UNA TELENOVELA COMO PARA AGARRAR EL SUEÑO, FUE MUY ABURRIDA Y NO LA RECOMIENDO LOS PRODUCTORES CAMACHO Y JONES SON BUENOS PERO ACTUANDO NO PRODUCIENDO.
