Summary of Rosario de Amor

Flora has a serious cardiac problem and she has to lead a quiet life. She decides to write a book: a love story between Elena and Pablo. Elena isn't a beautiful woman, but she is intelligent, sensible and she has a good voice. Pablo is a painter, who loves only beautiful women. Elena rejects him because she thinks his intensions aren't serious. Then Pablo has an accident and turns blind. Elena pretends to be a nurse to cure him. Pablo falls in love with her, but he still loves 'his' Elena. At the end of the story Pablo recovers the sight and marries her. As for Flora, her life wish comes true.
