Summary of La Ultima Esperanza

"La Ultima Esperanza" ("The Last Hope") is the name of a marginal area where live very poor and hardworking people, and also others not so hardworking: lazy, opportunists and criminals. Here lives the heroine Estelita, her mother looks for job incessantly and tries to subsist in the poverty of her home, coexisting with her alcoholic and depressive father. Enterprising, vital and kind Estelita meets Daniel: a young millionaire and playboy, dedicated to the fleeting romances and to the good life and money that he inherited from his deceased parents. He is immediately attracted to her, as she is not like other women he used to know. He falls in love with her virginal simplicity and to be able to win her heart he chooses a strange way: he pretends to be a poor guy from the same neighborhood. The uncle of Daniel is a millionaire and prestigious industrialist, worldwide famous, dedicated and honest businessman who made his fortune with hard work and impeccable behavior. But at night, in a wig and with false moustaches, wearing fancy clothes and several golden chains and rings, he handles the clandestine businesses. Daniel ignores this fact and thinks that he is a good uncle, protective and honest. The lands of "La Ultima Esperanza" belong to Daniel, but his uncle in a fraudulent manner wants to seize Daniel of those, to demolish the poor neighborhood and to construct a very lucrative residential area.

El final fue muy bueno y sorpesivo cuando Alejandro el villano (Pedro Armendrariz) le dispara a Jennifer (Cecilia Gabriela) mientras esta trata de huir, lastima que Mariana Levy y Alberto Mayagoitia no hayan manejado bien sus carreras como actores protagonicos y ahora tengan que conformarse con personajes secundarios como el de -Josefina- de Mariana Levy en "Amor Real", que realmente no figura, mientras que Alberto pasa desapersibido en los culebrones que Venezuela hace en Miami. Pero lo bueno es que sus trabajos anterios siempre seran recordados.

Resumen en español: "La ultima esperanza" es el nombre de un barrio marginal donde vive gente muy,muy humilde y trabajadora, y otra no que no lo es tanto: oportunista, delincuentes y vagos.Alli vive la protagonista Estelita, una muchachita huerfana de madre que busca trabajo sin cesar y trata de subsistir en la pobreza de su hogar, conviviendo con su padre alcoholico y depresivo. Emprendedora, vital y bondadosa Estelita conocera a Daniel: un joven y millonario playboy dedicado a los romances fugaces y la buena vida que otorga el dinero a lo grande, dinero que heredo de sus fallecidos padres. El queda prendado inmediatamente de ella, que no es como las mujeres que el acostumbra a tratar. Se enamora de su virginial simpleza y para poder llegar a su corazon elige un camino no muy acertado: finge ser un pobre mas de aquel barrio. El tio de Daniel un empresario millonario y prestigioso, es a los ojos de todo el mundo un dedicado y honesto hombre de negocios que cimento su fortuna con trabajo y es un contribuyente intachable y de impecable conducta. Pero en la noche mexicana, con peluca platinada y falsos bigote, ropa muy chillona y varias cadenas de oro y anillos maneja una boite y clandestinos negocios. Daniel ignora todo esto y cree que es su buen tio protector y honrado. Los terrenos donde esta La Ultima Esperanza son de Daniel y en un manejo fraudulento su tio quiere apoderarse de ellos, derribarlos y construir una muy lucrativa sona recidencial.

La ultima esperanza es un remake de una telenovela que hizo Fanny Cano (+)... creo que se llama Angel del barrio...
